Antonio is instrumental in bringing to life the vision, mission, and strategic plan for F1S. He is an executive overseeing F1S’s Marketing and Partnerships, Talent & Culture, and Legal teams. Whether managing marketing campaigns, developing business, brokering deals, advocating on behalf of travel advisors, negotiating high level contracts, or liaising with luxury hotel sales leaders, Antonio serves as a key brand ambassador. Based in New York and with F1S for five years, Antonio has a law degree from Rutgers Law School-Newark and first came on board to serve as the company’s General Counsel, before transitioning into his current role, which blends his legal and business skills, and fully immerses him into the travel world.

Bringing the F1S Vision to Life

Prior to joining the F1S family, Antonio was a founding partner at Plata Ferrer & Gutierrez LLC, a Hispanic-owned business boutique law firm. And while he’s had lots of amazing travel experiences, the top one is an easy choice: His honeymoon in Africa, where he and his wife visited Zimbabwe, Botswana, South Africa and Mozambique. When he’s not on the road, you can find him snapping travel photos (his IG—@travelesquire—will give you a serious case of wanderlust), trying new food in whatever city he’s visiting, and adjusting to his newest adventure: fatherhood.

“First in Service is a special place. Decades of intense passion, fanatical service, and entrepreneurial people set the company far apart from the competition. And this is only the beginning. That’s why working with the talent here to position F1S as a global leader in the industry is electrifying.”
