Job Title: Digital Marketing Coordinator
Department: Marketing
Reports to: Director of Marketing

1. Summary of Responsibilities

The Digital Marketing Coordinator (“Coordinator”) supports the company’s inhouse and outside creative and marketing teams with the ideation and execution of the digital marketing strategy.  The Coordinator helps ensure the strategy is successfully executed across the company’s global digital platform by using search engine marketing, monitoring analytics, assessing user experience, integrating key word data, and having a sensibility to graphic design.  The digital platform includes the website, social media channels, newsletter, email, and all other consumer facing digital marketing tools.  In this role, the Coordinator significantly contributes to enhancing brand awareness, expanding social media presence, propelling the company to the forefront of digital marketing, positioning the company as a leader in the luxury leisure travel space, and achieving ROI and ultimately generating revenue.

2. List Major/Essential Job Duties:

  • Help devise strategies to drive online traffic
  • Track conversion rates and make improvements to the digital platform, especially to the website
  • Help develop and manage digital marketing campaigns
  • Utilize a range of techniques to optimize online presence, such as paid search, SEO, and key word data integration
  • Help oversee the social media strategy for the company
  • Help manage online brand and product campaigns to raise brand awareness
  • Maintain the company website
  • Improve user experience, design, content, and conversion of the company website
  • Evaluate customer research
  • Monitor analytics and metrics, and generate reports on an as needed basis
  • Review new technologies and keep the company at the forefront of developments in digital marketing
  • Work closely and liaise with the company’s inhouse and outside creative and marketing teams

4. Skills, Knowledge, Abilities/Competencies

  • Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Marketing, or similar degree, or equivalent work experience.
  • 1+ years’ experience with digital marketing
  • Knowledge of current online marketing concepts, strategy, and best practices
  • Knowledge of Google AdWords/Ads Manager, Facebook/Instagram Business Manager, and other various 3rd party ad servers
  • Knowledge of e-commerce, SEO, key word data integration, and analytics
  • Knowledge of graphic design
  • Knowledge of multiple web platforms, including HTML, JavaScript, Flash, and CSS
  • Proficiency with WordPress
  • Team player
  • Ability to work independently in a fast-paced environment
  • Analytical mindset, coupled with critical thinking skills
  • Self-starter with eagerness to learn
  • Excellent communications skills, both written and verbal
